Wiesner Media Financial Group debuts new Bank Advisor Magazine
Centennial, Co. — Wiesner Media Financial Group announced the launch of a new magazine today. Bank Advisor magazine's inaugural issue will be mailed early June and joins three other publications under the Wiesner Media Financial Group umbrella that includes Senior Market Advisor, Boomer Market Advisor and Benefits Selling.
"There are several reasons why we decided to enter this market," said Betsy Kominsky, Vice President and Group Publisher of Wiesner Media Financial Group. "Many of our current advertisers have already committed marketing dollars to support their sales efforts in the bank channel, and at every event and meeting we go to across all three of our publications, we are hearing more about this growing channel. But the most important reason behind the Bank Advisor launch is that several of our key advertisers asked us to do this. They're already happily invested in the marketing solutions we offer in the senior, boomer and benefits markets and want to see our model replicated within the bank market."
More and more life insurance, annuities, securities and LTCI products are sold via the bank sales channel directly to consumers which results in a huge opportunity for companies looking to provide products and solutions to the bank channel. Banks need to be quicker and more customer centric than ever before, and Bank Advisor magazine will help create a dialogue amongst the sales reps and managers to help them achieve new levels of success.
"With our 360 degree marketing solutions, Bank Advisor magazine will connect influential advisors with the companies looking to provide products and solutions to the bank community," said Ms. Kominsky.
"We entered the financial industry four years ago with the launch of Boomer Market Advisor and discovered a need in the advisor community for sales and marketing information that focuses on specific niches. Bank Advisor magazine is a natural extension based on the successful model developed by our financial media division" said Dan Wiesner, CEO of Wiesner Media.
Bank Advisor magazine will be published three times in 2007 and will move to a monthly schedule in 2008. The magazine will be distributed to 30,000 advisors working in the bank community. For more information about Bank Advisor, and to take advantage of special charter rates, please contact Betsy Kominsky at bkominsky@bankadvisormagazine.com or 303-662-5221.
